Using Steady House

By using Steady House you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use it.

Information only

Steady House gives general information. It is not legal, professional, engineering, horticultural or home-inspection advice, and it is not a substitute for checking your own situation. See the Disclaimer.

Purchases

Steady House Plus ($9.99 one-time) unlocks the full year schedule, calendar (.ics) export and printable plan in the browser where you enter your key. Email reminders are not available yet and are not part of this purchase. Payments are processed by Gumroad. Prices are shown before you pay. If something doesn't work, email us within 30 days of purchase and we will fix it or refund you.

License

A purchase gives you a personal, non-transferable license to use the unlocked features. Please don't share or resell license keys. Data and photos credited to third parties remain under their own licenses, shown in the app.

No warranty

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the extent allowed by law. Information may be incomplete, out of date, or wrong.

Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, Virginia State Home Inspections LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia.
